The main focus of this module is the standard administration functions which are used to manage all customer data. In addition to member data you can use this module for guests’ as well and transferring this guest to a member status can be done at the click of a button. Many types of data are managed with this module such as: Address management (with titles and names of additives), Banking Details, Fees, Rates, and Golf Pro’s. Each customer type is divided into separate subtypes, for example a member could have subtypes such as passive, full member, or Honorary. Thus being able to filter the exact records you wish to see makes this program interface very easy to use and finding a specific customer takes no time at all. The members of management provide an additional range of specially tailored administration features for golf clubs such as handicap management or Internet connection to the databases of the national golf associations like the DGV, ÖGV, ASG.
One of the most important tasks in regard to guests at your Golf Club is to keep an accurate record of all scores and information for a specific person as well as keeping up to the minute information about that guest. Our system allows you to easily input scores and any changes for this person using its unique and easy to use user interface. If you have up to date information about a guest he can easily be transferred from a guest to a member type within a few seconds and without any additional information having to be added. This module is developed in such a way that it abides strictly by the rules required by CONGU and the relevant golf associations such as the DGV, ÖGV and ASG. The updating of these rules and the requirements for matching guest players as well as the continuing reporting of the results achieved by these customers to update their default home club is done automatically by our system.
If customer also uses module for tournament administration, results only have to be given in once, calculation and adminsitration of handicap will be done automatically.
The Customer and Member Management module is the core of the Albatros suite and the defining feature of the Albatros Golf Manager. Our Back Office module is also complemented by requirements management, financial managers, reporting and managing our tournament module.
