Information terminal unlimited in its abilities

This module is an information terminal, a terminal for reservation and payment. Via the Albatros Office Centre club members can, amongst other services, receive information on upcoming competitions or view their handicap history. Albatros Office Centre enables an individual to book a tee time and also calculates the result of a round.

• Competition calendar with the possibility to sign up, start lists and results
• Score calculation, printing of scorecards
• Reservation of tee times and training lessons
• Green fee sales with invoice printing and credit card payment
• Access to the customer’s account

• Secure access by club card

This service will be available to your customers twenty-four hours a day and offers convenience and advanced functionality for the clients of your golf club. Staff is aided by freeing up time required to assist customers or members where the AOC will ensure an effective seamless transaction takes place. As with all previous modules any interaction between member and the AOC will update the database instantaneously.
