The Albatros Reception program is one of the key solutions in the new line of Albatros products. It is an integrated POS-system responsible for automated management of client payments: from green fee to payments for products purchased in the pro-shop. The Albatros Reception is the connecting link between a host of application such as Pro-shop, Restaurant, and the ball/drink vending machines. Like any other Albatros solution POS-systems uses touchscreen technology and consists of a number of modules.

The main features of Reception

• Accounts system for the handling of purchases via Credit Card or cash for the sales of Green Fees or driving range balls. Tournament registration, Pro-shop purchases, pre payment of membership and even petty cash are integrated into this system.
• Reservation of start times, check-in, and the issue of tickets or receipts for Green fees purchased
• Management of member information, guests and visitors, integrated into the Golf Federation card.
• Access to important information such as Pro-shop stock, daily turnover and other account queries all at the touch of a button
• Reports are available on a host of different variables, get information on the usage of your facilities by members, guests or visitors. With list generator custom reports are readily available
• Golfcard or Federation Identity cards can be integrated into your system to be used for cashless service, access control to parking areas or locker rooms. The card can be used to rent carts, buy drinks form a vending machine or even practice balls for the range.
• Touchscreen service available for member or guest interaction to do a host of instant services, incl. booking a tee time.
• All applications available through either the touchscreen or your PC in the Backoffice.
