We from Albatros do not just want to sell software, we consider ourselves to be a partner and consultant for an efficient organization of your club. Customer service and support is at the very top of the list of priorities for Albatros.
Our software is a modular design and can be made up in any manner of ways to suit specific needs and requirements. If for some reason you do not find the correct combination or are uncertain in which bundle has been suggested for your course then we will happily supply extensive and individual consultation. Further to this if you feel you have even more unique needs we would gladly compile an individual or custom made offer.
Support and training is readily available as we want each course to maximize the power of Albatros. We will cover detail in such a way that even those technically challenged persons can easily and readily handle the software. Should you utilize our services to do the hardware installation we will have a detailed look at your current network and make recommendations as to which hardware is to be used further and which should be replaced. Further that even we will assist you in purchasing the most cost effective solution for your new requirements, the installation of software and even the transfer of old data from your current format into the Albatros program.
Once the installation is complete the service has really only just begun, there are a choice of three different service contracts to choose from. You even have the choice to be able to have support seven days a week, using the latest remote software our support staff can view, control and fix any possible software related issue over the internet. Eradication of most, if not all problems, is done swiftly and a very low cost to you. If need be our Albatros technical staff will handle on site system maintenance, and even continue this within our office.
