The Albatros membership administration is the heart of the Albatros software. With the comfortable CRM system, data of guests can be maintained and handicaps of members can be managed. Diverse evaluations provide an informative overview of your customers at any time.
Customer data are, beside the ground, the capital of a golf club. To keep them updated should be top priority. An individual structure of the SQL-database of your golf club can be arranged anytime through freely defined additional fields. You can thus collect and save the customer data you need for everyday use and evaluations.
The user interface is easy to understand and clearly structured. It can be handled by mouse and keyboard or shortcuts (function keys of the keyboard). Integrated assistants guide you through different tasks. Nearly unlimited choices and filter options ensure a free sorting of any field content. Past activities are recorded in a history and tasks can be planned via the memory function. The user- and rights administration adapts flexibly to your employee structure and ensures the right access. By using additional modules, integration-friendly interfaces allow the connecting of federations’ systems (DGV, ASG, ÖGV), financial accounting (DATEV, Diamant, etc.) or with Telecash and hotel systems like Fidelio.
